Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Company, a subsidiary of RSA Middle East BSC (c), is pleased to announce the appointment of Kamran Mazhar Jaffery as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective from March 28th, 2023.

Kamran will be responsible for leading the business and implementing  the long-term strategic goals which are aligned to drive profitable business growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Kamran brings over 21 years of insurance experience which entails significant leadership, technical and management experience in KSA. Prior to joining Al Alamiya, Kamran has worked with Chubb, where his last position was the CEO of Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance in KSA.

Kamran’s appointment comes at an exciting time for the company, given RSA Middle East’s integration with National Life & General Insurance Company (NLGIC) to form NLGIC Group, a leading multi-line insurance player in the GCC region. His extensive experience and strategic vision will be instrumental in maximizing the growth potential and bringing innovative offerings in the Kingdom to give Al Alamiya a competitive edge.

Kamran holds an Executive MBA, from HEC Paris, a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, and Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) UK.
