Kaspersky recently announces the opening of a cybersecurity Center at KidZania in Dubai Mall, designed to educate the young generation on the importance of digital safety. This unique tole-play experience allows kids to act as cyber investigators while learning to detect and protect against cyberthreats. The interactive space offers hands-on experiences that build cybersecurity awareness and prepare children to navigate the digital world safely from an early age.

Educating the Next Generation: Securing Our Digital Future

The rapid integration of youth into the online ecosystem has transformed digital safety into a paramount priority for families and corporate leaders alike. As technology increasingly defines the aspirations of the younger generation, a proactive approach to technical education is essential. Capturing this momentum, a recent Kaspersky survey highlights that 89% of parents in the United Arab Emirates aspire for their children to become IT specialists, marking information technology as the premier industry of choice for the future workforce.

To bridge the gap between early technology adoption and sophisticated threat awareness, Kaspersky has expanded its global partnership with KidZania to launch an advanced Cybersecurity Center at KidZania Dubai. Building upon successful global deployments in Mexico City and India, this immersive facility introduces a pioneering educational model. By stepping into the strategic roles of cyber detectives, children participate in high-stakes simulations and digital missions designed to cultivate critical thinking, promote safe browsing habits, and foster elite data protection skills from an early age.

โ€œOur collaboration with KidZania allows us to bring cybersecurity education closer to families in an engaging and practical way. Together, we are empowering both children and parents to build healthy digital habits and confidently embrace the opportunities of the online world,โ€ stated Rashed Al Momani, General Manager for the Middle East at Kaspersky.

This corporate alliance underscores a shared commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles by directly investing in foundational digital literacy. By transforming complex threat vectors into engaging, actionable security architecture, the initiative empowers families to cultivate resilient online habits. Ultimately, the partnership establishes a critical benchmark for early-stage tech education, ensuring the upcoming generation is thoroughly equipped to confidently navigate, lead, and secure an increasingly interconnected global economy.

Building on its global collaboration with Kaspersky and KidZania, which began with the launch of a Cyber Investigation Centre at KidZania Santa Fe in Mexico City in March 2025 and expanded further with Cyber Investigation Centers in India in April 2026, the partnership now extends to Dubai. The newly opened Cybersecurity Center in Dubai continues this global journey, aiming to foster a generation more aware of evolving cyber challenges, welcoming thousands of children annually, and empowering them with the knowledge and tools needed to become responsible and proactive users in an increasingly digital world.
