Ericsson Wireless Office figures upon key Workspace as a Service (WaaS) technology, acquired from StratusWorX,  a cloud technology service provider that distributes fully managed IT environments to small and mid-sized businesses. On July 31, 2020, Ericsson accomplished the acquisition of the StratusWorX WaaS Platform technology as well as the patent portfolio.

The solution empowers industries with restricted IT staff and budget to rapidly onboard workforces and consultants with access to high-performing virtual desktops, as well as business apps, compute, storage, and redundancy.
